The Lincoln Park District in Lincoln, Illinois would like to announce the opening of the Program Coordinator position. This position is an entry level, full time, exempt staff of the Lincoln Park District that oversees all recreation program development and implementation. The Lincoln Park District is looking to have a team member that has a passion for community recreation, an enjoyment of talking to the public about the benefits of parks and recreation, and a drive to create and bring new experiences to the community of Lincoln. This position joins a team of dedicated professionals whom have been part of this community for many years. The position is supervised by the Executive Director whom is looking to build the future of the Lincoln Park District. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in the areas of recreation, therapeutic recreation, or another related field. The Program Coordinator is a salaried position with an hourly pay range of $16.47 - $17.50. The hours of this position are typically 40, however there are times where weekend work and longer days are required, including holiday work.
