Cake Decorating

You've admired them at weddings and looked at them in the deli, now we're going to teach you the tricks of the trade. Learn how to use a pastry bag, how to make those roses and pipe different designs onto your masterpiece. Frosting recipes will be shared. Each participant should bring two 8x8 baked cakes. A supply list will be made available at the time of registration. You must pre-register no later than one week prior to the class.
