Fun easy to follow exercises to strengthen core. 

FIT for Seniors
Welcome all Senior Citizens to this class FIT just for you! This class will focus on increasing mobility,flexibility, balance and muscular strength and endurance.

HARD CORE Abs!
A great workout for your “POWERHOUSE”, your core!! Awesome exercises utilizing your core for 30 min.

HARD CORE Abs & Arms
Challenge yourself in this class working different muscle groups each week. A great class to tone and strengthen your upper body and core.

INTERVAL MIX
A fun and easy way to "mix" up your cardio routine! Rotate between kickboxing, step and light weights. Fun, easy and effective!

"Light Weights"
Get that "longer & leaner" look using light weights with more repetitions during this effective class. Focus on form and technique during this 45 min. class. An awesome class for beginners, Senior’s or anyone just wanting to "mix up" their muscles!

Pilates Fusion
A fusion of Pilates poses using balls, bands and traditional mat method Pilates. Tone, lengthen and strengthen.

Totally Toned
Totally TONE and define your arms, legs and core in this 45 min. class! Work at a fast pace using free weights, bars, bands, stability balls, etc.

30 Min Express Spin®
Get a great workout in only 30 min during this fun energizing cycling class! Warm up before class please!!

Spin®
This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music is intended for all fitness levels. Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity. Class times range between 45-50.
