Group Fitness Classes

BARRE Above 

A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt includes a combination of muscle conditioning exercises and cardiovascular exercises for a fun, calorie-blasting workout.  Great class for an overall workout.


Circuit  training is an interval timed class moving around the room doing one exercise at a time getting a full body workout .


Mix up and confuse your POWERHOUSE each week during this 30-minute core class!

Easy Rider SPINNING-

This class is tailored with the beginner in mind. Learn proper bike set up, form and technique during this informative and fun class! Great for all levels of fitness. **Tickets are handed out one half hour before class at the fitness desk.**

FIT For Seniors Classes

Senior classes will focus on increasing mobility, flexibility, balance as well as functional fitness to assist in daily activities.  These classes are perfect for seniors of all ages and fitness levels.

Foam Roller-  

The perfect class to help your body recover from all of your daily workouts and tasks.  This class has been designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, alleviate pain and prevent musculoskeletal injuries.

Havin’ A Ball

This class will incorporate the use of the stability and BOSU balls to focus on the core, stability and strength. This fun, yet challenging class will help you strengthen and tone your entire body.

Kick & Core

Learn easy to follow kickboxing techniques set to fun, energizing music.  Then focus on your Powerhouse for the remainder of class. Your CORE! A great all-around workout for all fitness levels.  No gloves or heavy bags will be utilized in this class.

Pure Strength & Express Strength

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. POWER through a variety of upper and lower body exercises each week using free weights, elastic tubing, weighted bars and more! Work different muscle groups each week.

Resistance Bands-

Use resistance bands during this class to tone and build muscles.  An effective class that is easy on your joints. Great results and challenges each week


A progressive fitness program that encompasses all aspects of physical fitness. R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. Great for all levels of fitness.  8-week choreographed routine.

Spinning & Power Spinning-

This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  30–40 min. plus hour class available on Saturday.  Please pick up Spin ticket at fitness desk no sooner than one half hour before class.  16 Bikes available.


WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music.  The warm up previews the dance steps in class and the cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses.  WERQ is taught by Certified Fitness instructors


This class is focused on mind and body connection. You will relearn how to listen to the body and practice mindfulness. This class should leave you feeling light in the heart and mind and your body relaxed, at ease and loved. We will use movements both challenging and relaxing: like a balance pose. You will gain core strength, balance, upper body strength, a solid foundation head to toe.
