Fit Zone Group Fitness

Add variety to your current exercise program and try one or more of our Group Fitness Classes!  We offer nearly 30 classes a week, all of which are included with your affordable membership.  Our fitness staff works year-round to offer participants safe, effective, fun and trendy classes for all levels of fitness.  Please visit our Events Calendar for a complete schedule of our current classes.

Group Fitness Classes

Cardio Blast- You will have a BLAST in this heart pumping cardio class.  Come each week for a different workout!  Kickboxing, HIIT, Interval, Circuit, Step and MORE!

Cardio Step Interval A great combo of easy to follow moves on the step, with intervals of weighted exercises using free weights, bars or bands.  A great way to burn fat and calories.

Completely CORE A great class that completely focuses on your POWERHOUSE!  Exercises for your entire core and lower back are incorporated into this 30-min. class.

Core & Stretch The perfect class to finish off the week!  Perform exercises to target and strengthen your core.  Then relax, unwind and stretch to soft, calming music.

B-Fit Learn safe and effective exercises using the stability ball, bands and bar.  A great way to engage your core and work on stability.

Barre & Spar A high energy class that gives you a total body workout!  A fun new combo of kickboxing moves and the use of the bar.

Dynamic Duo- Weights vs Cardio Join Heather and Michelle for the perfect combo!  Start off with 20 minutes of weighted exercises followed by a 20-minute, high energy cardio workout!  New exercises and routine each week.

Easy Rider Spin-  This class is tailored with the beginner in mind.  Learn proper bike set up, form and technique during this informative and fun class! Great for all levels of fitness.

Fit for Seniors All Levels Stretch This class is for ALL levels of senior fitness.  Focus is on gentle stretching, breathing, flexibility and balance.  Class is set to very relaxing music to calm and refresh.

FIT For Seniors – Level 1 Class will focus on increasing mobility, flexibility, balance as well as functional fitness to assist in daily activities.  This class is perfect for seniors of all ages and fitness levels.

FIT For Seniors-Level 2 This class is much faster paced with the addition of other elements incorporated into the class format.  Stability balls, step platforms (with no risers), kickboxing type moves, etc. might be added.

Flexi-bar Fitness-This gentle full body workout will shape leaner, longer muscles utilizing a ballet bar and your own body weight. This class will focus on the essentials: alignment, form, flexibility and safety.

Havin’ A Ball This class will incorporate the use of the stability and BOSU balls to focus on core, stability and strength.  This fun, yet challenging class will help you strengthen on tone your entire body!

Kick AXIS Two popular classes fused together to give you a totally different workout.  Stabilize your core and work your upper body as you learn different types of punching techniques.  Then layer on dynamic AXIS movements that focus on mobility, strength and power!

Power 30 Come discover just how POWERFUL 30 minutes can be!  Various types of cardiovascular exercises and/or weights will be fused together to give you a POWERFUL workout each week!

Pump & Sculpt- This class will be sure to please anyone who would like to sculpt and tone their muscles.  Work upper and lower body using free weights, body bars, bands, kettle bell and more!


Pure Strength Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. POWER through a variety of upper and lower body exercises each week using free weights, elastic tubing, weighted bars and more!  Work different muscle groups each week.

Renegade This is a full body workout fusing cardio and circuits.  Utilize a variety of equipment each week.  For all fitness levels.

Simply Lean  Lean Out, tone and strengthen each muscle group from head to toe with slower, fluent movements using lighter weighted exercises with more repetitions.

Spinning & Power Spinning- This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  30–40 min. plus hour class available on Saturday.  Please pick up Spin ticket at fitness desk no sooner than one half hour before class.  14 Bikes available.

Total Body- Work your body from head to toe during this high energy, early morning class!  Weights, body weight and cardio are incorporated for awesome results.

Yoga- This class is focused on mind and body connection. You will re learn how to listen to the body and practice mindfulness. This class should leave you feeling light in the heart and mind and your body relaxed, at ease and loved. We will use movements both challenging and relaxing; like a balance pose.  You will gain core strength, balance, upper body strength, a solid foundation head to toe.

ZUMBA A fun, energetic fitness class set to various style of Latin American dance and performance.  Let the music MOVE you!
