Fit Zone Group Fitness

Group Fitness Classes

Ab Attack!

This class will focus on strengthening the core stability muscles in your abdominals and back, and will help your overall posture.

BARRE Above

A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

Barre Fusion

This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.

Body Blast

 This cardio-weight class will kick start your week in the right direction. The workout will consist of  some cardio, strengthening and core work.  Each week will be a different workout.  


Cardio Blitz

 In this class we will be mixing it up with a variety of different cardio workouts to keep your body guessing.Different styles that will be incorporated include: Bootcamp, step, interval, circuit, kickboxing  and so much more.

Cardio Interval

A Great way to mix up your workout routine!  A surprise cardio workout each week broken down into challenging intervals.

Fit Camp

Fit Camp training is a total body workout implementing power, strength and agility. This is a great class to mix up your routine.

FIT For Seniors Classes

Senior classes will focus on increasing mobility, flexibility, balance as well as functional fitness to assist in daily activities.  These classes are perfect for seniors of all ages and fitness levels.

 

Lean Legs

 Focus on legs and glutes during this 30 minute class.  An effective series of exercises each week.

Pilates Fusion

A great all-in-one low impact fitness class that combines light strength work with a little cardio, flexibility and range of movement exercises. A great anti-aging class; gentle and effective. (bring your yoga mat if you have one, mats are available on a first come basis)

Pure Strength/Strength & Stretch

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. POWER through a variety of upper and lower body exercises each week using free weights, elastic tubing, weighted bars and more! Work different muscle groups each week.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

R.I.P.P.E.D. is the one stop body shock! This total body, high intensity style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight. Resistance, Interval , Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet

R.I.P.P.E.D. POWER

 Join us for this 30 minute POWER session!.Targeting larger muscle groups (muscles in the chest, back, glutes and legs) to promote maximum calorie and fat burn. Resistance, Interval , Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet

Power Spinning

This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  30–40 min. plus hour class available on Saturday.  Please pick up Spin ticket at fitness desk no sooner than one half hour before class.  16 Bikes available.

Triple Threat

The perfect fusion of three favorites! Cardio, strength and core.  Learn new and effective exercises each week.

Yoga

This class is focused on mind and body connection. You will relearn how to listen to the body and practice mindfulness. This class should leave you feeling light in the heart and mind and your body relaxed, at ease and loved. We will use movements both challenging and relaxing: like a balance pose. You will gain core strength, balance, upper body strength, a solid foundation head to toe.
