Group Fitness Classes

BARRE Above 

A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

Boot Camp

Boot Camp class is designed to challenge each participant with exercises to improve overall strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance. A new workout each week!

Cardio Interval

A great way to mix up your workout routine! A surprise cardio workout each week broken down into challenging intervals.


Mix up and confuse your POWERHOUSE each week during this 30-minute core class!

FIT For Seniors Classes

Senior classes will focus on increasing mobility, flexibility, balance as well as functional fitness to assist in daily activities.  These classes are perfect for seniors of all ages and fitness levels.

Havin’ A Ball

This class will incorporate the use of the stability and BOSU balls to focus on the core, stability and strength. This fun, yet challenging class will help you strengthen and tone your entire body.

Kickboxing Fusion

A Challenging blend of kickboxing, AXIS, and athletic cardio exercises fused together to achieve a heart pumping workout each week. Heavy bags may be utilized on occasion. Full boxing gloves recommended (gut not required) to add optimal protection with some added weight. (at least 12 oz to start)

Kick & Core

Learn easy to follow kickboxing techniques set to fun, energizing music. Then focus on your Powerhouse for the remainder of class. Your CORE! A great all-around workout for all fitness levels. No gloves or heavy bags will be utilized in this class.

Lower Limits

Focus on legs and glutes during this 30 minute class. An effective series of exercise each week.

Pure Strength & Express Strength

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. POWER through a variety of upper and lower body exercises each week using free weights, elastic tubing, weighted bars and more! Work different muscle groups each week.


A progressive fitness program that encompasses all aspects of physical fitness. R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. Great for all levels of fitness.  8-week choreographed routine.

Simply Lean

Lean Out, tone, and strengthen each muscle group for head to toe with slower, fluent movements using lighter weighted exercises with more repetitions.

Spinning & Power Spinning- This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  30–40 min. plus hour class available on Saturday.  Please pick up Spin ticket at fitness desk no sooner than one half hour before class.  16 Bikes available.

Step & Sculpt

A fun combo of basic step and athletic movements utilizing a step with or without risers. Strength segment will follow using body weight or other weighted equipment.


This class is focused on mind and body connection. You will relearn how to listen to the body and practice mindfulness. This class should leave you feeling light in the heart and mind and your body relaxed, at ease and loved. We will use movements both challenging and relaxing: like a balance pose. You will gain core strength, balance, upper body strength, a solid foundation head to toe.
