Fit Zone Group Fitness

Add variety to your current exercise program and try one or more of our Group Fitness Classes!  We offer nearly 30 classes a week, all of which are included with your affordable membership.  Our fitness staff works year-round to offer participants safe, effective, fun and trendy classes for all levels of fitness.  Please visit our Events Calendar for a complete schedule of our current classes.

Group Fitness Classes

BARRE Above 

A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

Boot Camp 

This class may consist of intervals of strength and cardio, or a circuit type format.  Challenge yourself each week with a new workout!

Cardio Blast You will have a BLAST in this heart pumping cardio class.  Come each week for a different workout!  Kickboxing, HIIT, Interval, Circuit, Step and MORE!

Cardio & Core

A great way to mix up your workout routine!  A surprise cardio workout each week, followed by effective core exercises to strengthen your powerhouse!

Cardio Kickboxing

Fun easy to follow exercises to strengthen core muscles, increase coordination and agility with the use of a heavy bag and basic kickboxing techniques.   Full boxing gloves recommended to add optimal protection with some added weight.

Cardio Sculpt  

A perfect blend of light weights and cardio to assist you in sculping and toning your entire body!

CORE Fusion 

Mix up and confuse your POWERHOUSE each week during this 30-minute core class!

FIT For Seniors Classes Senior classes will focus on increasing mobility, flexibility, balance as well as functional fitness to assist in daily activities.  These classes are perfect for seniors of all ages and fitness levels.

Havin’ A Ball This class will incorporate the use of the stability and BOSU balls to focus on core, stability and strength.  This fun, yet challenging class will help you strengthen on tone your entire body!

Pure Strength Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. POWER through a variety of upper and lower body exercises each week using free weights, elastic tubing, weighted bars and more!  Work different muscle groups each week.

R.I.P.P.E.D. A progressive fitness program that encompasses all aspects of physical fitness. R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. Great for all levels of fitness.  8-week choreographed routine.

Simply Lean  Lean Out, tone and strengthen each muscle group from head to toe with slower, fluent movements using lighter weighted exercises with more repetitions.

Spinning & Power Spinning- This indoor cycling class is set to motivating music and is intended for all fitness levels.  Pedal your way through a variety of terrain with intervals of intensity.  30–40 min. plus hour class available on Saturday.  Please pick up Spin ticket at fitness desk no sooner than one half hour before class.  14 Bikes available.

Step & Strength 

A blend of two favorites!  Start off with an effective strength training section, the speed up the calorie burn with an easy to follow step routine!


Yoga- This class is focused on mind and body connection. You will re learn how to listen to the body and practice mindfulness. This class should leave you feeling light in the heart and mind and your body relaxed, at ease and loved. We will use movements both challenging and relaxing; like a balance pose.  You will gain core strength, balance, upper body strength, a solid foundation head to toe.
