  • Active Agers

    This fitness class is designed for older adults. Exercises focusing on muscular strength, heart health, and functional fitness to assist in daily activities. We also will work on balance and stretching.

  • Boot Camp

    This class offers a dynamic mix of training styles, including power, strength, agility, and occasional kickboxing-inspired movements. No two weeks are the same, so expect a fresh challenge every class.


  • BARRE Above

    A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  No need to worry about dance experience.  Barre Above is for all bodies!  Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!

    This class combines strength, and cardio exercises into fun moves for a full-body workout guaranteed to burn fat and sculpt muscle.

  • Core Essentials

    The core consists of everything within your center of gravity, all areas of your abdominals, your back, your glutes, and beyond. Your focus in this class will be to build a strong core with safe and effective moves.

    Pilates Fusion is a combination of traditional pilates with additional weights and bands to add more toning and sculpting.  This class is for developing lean muschles and strength while working on stretching, toning and alignment.

    A low-impact workout focused on strengthening the legs and gluetes through controlled, lower-body movements that is perfect for building strenght without the joint stress.

The Lincoln Park District offers a downloadable fitness calendar that provides a schedule of fitness classes and activities for residents to stay active and healthy. Participants can download the calendar from the park district's website and plan their fitness routine around the classes and activities that suit their interests and schedule.
