Active Agers

This fitness class is designed for older adults. Exercises focusing on muscular strength, heart health, and functional fitness to assist in daily activities. We also will work on balance and stretching.

You'll experience a unique workout led by two talented group fitness instructors, bringing diverse expertise and motivation to every session.

BARRE Above

A fusion of the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. No need to worry about dance experience. Barre Above is for all bodies! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout!
Body Blast
This class combines strength, and cardio exercises into fun moves for a full-body workout guaranteed to burn fat and sculpt muscle.
Core Essentials

The core consists of everything within your center of gravity, all areas of your abdominals, your back, your glutes, and beyond. Your focus in this class will be to build a strong core with safe and effective moves.
Pilates Flow

Pilates Sculpt is a combination of traditional Pilates with additional weights and bands to add more toning and sculpting. This class is for developing lean muscles and strength while working on stretching, toning and alignment.
Warrior Rhythm

Power UP your current workout with this effective & fun combo of strength, cardio, & core! Dumbbells, kettlebells, elastic tubing, POUND sticks, kickboxing bags, step and more will be utilized. Come for variety and a different workout each week!

R.I.P.P.E.D.

R.I.P.P.E.D. is the one stop body shock! This total body, high intensity style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight. Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet
Triple Threat

The perfect fusion of three favorites! Cardio, Strength and core. Learn new and effective exercises each week.
Lift STRONG
RegisterResistance training at its finest. Come to Build strength, add definition, and increase bone density. POWER through a variety of dynamic exercises during each class!
Kickboxing
RegisterFun easy to follow exercises to strengthen core muscles, increase coordination and agility with the use of heavy bags and basic kickboxing techniques. Full boxing gloves are recommended to be optimal with some added weight. (at least 12 oz to start)
Total Body HIIt

Full-body exercises prepared in interval periods of work to help burn fat and build lean muscle.

BARRE Balance

Barre is a combination of pilates, ballet, balance and yoga fused together for an amazing workout routine
Bootcamp

Boot Camp will be a different mix workout implementing kickboxing, power, strength and agility. Every week will be a different class format. (bring your gloves if you have them).
BARRE Core

A fusion of Pilates, yoga, and strength training with some additional core focus.

Downloadable Fitness Calendar
The Lincoln Park District offers a downloadable fitness calendar that provides a schedule of fitness classes and activities for residents to stay active and healthy. Participants can download the calendar from the park district's website and plan their fitness routine around the classes and activities that suit their interests and schedule.
